Who we are

Row One Club ("we", "us", "our") is a private membership community for premium basketball season ticket holders, operated by Nolin LeChasseur in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our website is rowone.club.

What information we collect

When you apply for membership, we collect:

• —Your full name and email address
• —LinkedIn profile URL (optional but recommended)
• —Season ticket details (team, section, row) — seat numbers confirmed only during verification
• —Club or lounge access information you choose to share
• —Teams you are interested in

If approved as a member, you may also share photos and arena intel that becomes part of our community guide.

We do not collect payment information, government-issued IDs, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is described above.

How we use your information

• —To review and process your membership application
• —To verify your season ticket holder status
• —To match you with relevant seat listings and members in your markets
• —To send you membership communications and updates
• —To improve our service and arena intelligence guide

We use an AI-assisted screening process (Claude by Anthropic) to pre-evaluate applications. This helps us review applications efficiently, but all membership decisions are made by a human administrator. The AI assessment is used internally only and is never shared with applicants.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely using the following infrastructure:

• —Supabase (database) — hosted on AWS in Canada (ca-central-1). Access is controlled via row-level security policies. Only authorized administrators can access member records.
• —Vercel (hosting) — our application is deployed on Vercel's global edge network. Vercel does not have access to your personal data stored in our database.
• —Resend (email) — used to send transactional emails (application status, membership welcome). Email addresses are shared with Resend solely for the purpose of sending these emails.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not display advertising. Member contact details are never shared with other members without your explicit consent.

Your rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• —Request correction of inaccurate information
• —Request deletion of your personal information
• —Withdraw consent to our use of your information
• —File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication (when you sign in as a member or administrator). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
